YLAI Goes Green: Through Our Lens Exhibition — Photo Contest Entry

The Western Hemisphere is a diverse and incredible region; its beauty is fragile in the face of the reality of climate change. Innovators across the region are working hard to reduce carbon emissions, create new green technologies, and pioneer solutions that enable humans, wildlife, and ecosystems to adapt to climate change.

The United States remains committed to working hand-in-hand with partner nations in the Western Hemisphere to create a sustainable, greener future for the next generation. We also believe in the power of art to inspire and motivate. The US Department of State invites you to capture, through your lens, the region-wide impact of climate change or efforts to mitigate it.

The YLAI Goes Green: Through Our Lens exhibition invites photographers from Latin America and the Caribbean to capture climate change and climate action across the region. We are open to ideas, styles, genres and perspectives on craftsmanship and photographic creativity.

People living in Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada are invited to submit up to two images, respecting the rules and requirements of the exhibition.
