Today, the US Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC) launched its annual ByBlack Conference “The Color of Commerce” at the MGM National Harbor Resort & Casino to be held October 19-21, 2022.

The ByBlack Conference will feature over 50 speakers, 20 main stage sessions, 3 evening experiences and various masterclasses on topics ranging from public relations to mental health care. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from some of the most influential leaders in black commerce, as well as network with other attendees who want to take their business to the next level.

The ByBlack Conference offers many opportunities for attendees to meet in an informal setting and have networking opportunities throughout the day at the Black Market & Lounge, where Black-owned businesses will be selling products and services.

The Black Market & Lounge includes the Meta Connection Hub where attendees can connect and network with other attendees, ByBlack Studio’s Amazon’s Live which will amplify the voice of black creators with on-site live streaming, DoorDash Lounge serving craft cocktails selected that feature Black-owned spirit brands and the XBOX Gaming Lounge where attendees can relax or connect with others while playing their favorite games.

USBC CEO and Chairman Ron Busby Sr. and NABOB Chairman Jim Winston will kick off the conference with State of Black Business powered by AT&T. Meta Mainstage featured speakers include Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, business mogul Ice Cube, ByBlack co-founder Ronald Busby Jr., pastor and author Jamal Bryant, Until Freedom co-founder Tamika Mallory, media personality, Willie Moore Jr., The Gathering Spot CEO and Founder Ryan Wilson, Network Wireless Solutions CEO Xavier Williams, NASCAR driver Rajah Carruth, Vice President NASCAR DEI Brandon Thompson, Vice President IT Operations Amazon Mamar Gelaye, to name a few.

Grubhub’s exclusive ByBlack Supperclub and ode to the Black Renaissance will welcome specially invited guests and celebrate the contributions of African Americans to art, music and cuisine. The Black Mixology experience is all about making a statement and creating memories, as guests engage in tastings and conversations with a curated selection of black-owned spirits brands Uncle Nearest, FLO Wines, Tequila with Friends , GO3 Vodka, Sorel Hibiscus Liqueur, and more.

On Friday, October 21, world-renowned DJ and hip-hop icon DJ Jazzy Jeff will host the ByBlack Sneaker Ball, a crossroads of entertainment, fashion and culture, where attendees will sport their best sneakers and high-fashion outfits to celebrate The Trade color.
