HMS Group GDRs admitted to trading on the Moscow Stock Exchange

Moscow, Russia – HMS Hydraulic Machines & Systems Group PLC (LSE: HMSG, the “HMS Group” or the “Company”) announces today that the Moscow Stock Exchange (the “MOEX”) has approved the listing of the Company’s global certificates of deposit representing the ordinary shares of the Company (the “GDRs”) (ISIN US40425X4079) and their inclusion in the level 1 list.

The GDRs will be listed under the symbol “HMSG” and the first day of trading on the Moscow Stock Exchange is expected to be May 25, 2021, with quotations and settlements in Russian rubles.

Neither HMS Group nor its existing shareholders will sell the Company’s GDRs as part of the MOEX listing. The company’s GDRs will continue to trade on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Listing on the Moscow Stock Exchange will expand HMS Group’s investor base to Russian investors, who are not present in London, and support the liquidity of HMS GDRs.
