7 Floral-Inspired Cafes and Restaurants Around the Klang Valley for These Gorgeous OOTDs

There are tons of cafes here in Klang Valley. From greens to minimalist themed cafes, you can find any type of cafe you want. Including floral themed ones.

Here we have a list of some flower-inspired cafes and restaurants where you can dine and get some Instagram-worthy OOTD shots.

These places are not only known for their beautiful decorations, they are also known for their mouth-watering and succulent dishes!

So here check out these places.

1. Flora Cafe

Previously located at Ampwalk Mall, Ampang and now located at Wangsa Maju, this cafe is luxuriously decorated with artificial flowers. Parts of their ceilings are filled with vibrant purple and white cascading flowers, making the scene a floral paradise. Well, it’s called Floral Kafe for a reason.

To dine here, it’s best if you make a reservation first, just so they can reserve seats for you in case of a full house or if they are unavailable due to booked events. They also host events such as birthdays, small weddings and more.

They mainly serve Western food here, but they also offer some promising Malay dishes. Their menu ranges from Laksa Johor and Nasi Goreng Padprik to Salmon Grill and Rib Eye Steak. Their top recommendations are Lamb Grill, Mee Bandung and Laksa Johor.

Moreover, owned by a Muslim, this cafe is also 100% halal.

2. Lisette’s Cafe and Restaurant

Lisette is a place that offers cold beers, big meals and various pastries. In addition to being available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they also offer vegetarian options.

Currently, they have two outlets in Klang Valley, one in Bangsar and one in Subang. You will be greeted with a large wall of pink flowers at both of their locations as this is one of the main attractions of their cafes.

Food-wise, their most recommended dish is Nasi Lemak black rice, available from breakfast to dinner. They also recommend trying their assorted pastries and breakfast menu.

Also they are pork free but serve alcohol.

3. Viola Flower Cafe

This quaint little cafe is located in Bukit Jalil and serves a fusion of Japanese and Western dishes. Ideally, they are known for their bed of beautifully dried flowers, suspended above your head in pastel shades of pink, purple and cream.

For their fusion cuisine, they serve creative meals that include onigiri, Japanese-themed pizza and pasta, rice bowls, and various snacks like takoyaki and chibitori. For recommendation, they suggest trying their Tori Cheesy Churros Burger and Salmon Mentai Pasta.

On top of that they don’t serve pork or alcohol and they also have Muslim chefs working with them.

4. Mary Jane KL

Located on bustling Petaling Street, this famous cafe is known for its luscious booths of pink and red artificial flowers in its second-floor dining room. If you take a picture here, you’re sure to look like a goddess on a bed of blooming roses!

Other than that, their entire interior decor speaks only of luxury as the top floor is decorated with chic pink paradise vibes while the lower floor (bar) is adorned with tropical jungle decors.

Their cuisine is a fusion of Western and Malaysian cuisine. Serving for brunch, evening tea and dinner, their menu ranges from Nasi Ulam Ayam Rendang and Kam Heong Clams Spaghetti to Australian Black Angus Ribeye and Mary Jane’s Cold Capellini.

Because they are a bar they serve alcohol but their food is pork free.

4. The Orchid Conservatory

This breathtaking restaurant is located inside the Majestic Hotel KL. The place is densely decorated with a seasonal array of beautiful phalaenopsis orchids, varying according to the time of year. It’s like sitting in a botanical garden!

To dine here, you must first make a reservation as their afternoon tea service is very popular, especially on weekends.

In this hotel, they serve the same tea services (scones, cakes, pastries) in three different locations in the hotel, namely the Colonial Cafe, the Drawing Room and the Orchid Conservatory. The only difference with the tea set is the ambience of the venue and the tea itself (the Orchid Conservatory being the premium venue served with premium tea).

Here at the hotel they are pork free but serve alcohol.

6. Petal Hall

It really is a floral cafe if you have a wholesale florist nearby. Located near the wholesale florist selling freshly cut flowers and plants, this cafe decorates its interiors with beautiful artificial flowers. They also have a flower wall filled with pink, purple, blue, and white flowers.

You can also visit the wholesale florist called Pudu Ria Florist nearby to get cheap fresh cut flowers or pretty greens while you are in the neighborhood.

Here they mainly serve western dishes like black pepper chicken cutlet and spicy Aglio Olio pasta. They also have afternoon tea sets for those who want to bite on the little decadents while sipping on different types of tea they offer.

Other than that their food is pork free but they serve alcohol as they also have a bar.

7. Willow Restaurant

This restaurant is a semi-fine dining restaurant with an open bar located on the 8th floor of W Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Conveniently, they’re right next to the PETRONAS Twin Towers, so be sure to take a seat by the window when you’re there (additional charge on deposit).

Being a fine dining place, their interior decoration is simply beautiful, you will feel like in a spring garden with pastel flowers!

Their cuisine is an exquisite blend of cuisines ranging from Japanese dishes to French dishes. Some of their most recommended dishes are Spanish octopus and Hokkaido scallop.

Also a bar, this place serves alcoholic beverages but their food is pork free.
