Wedding photography is a difficult and complex genre that requires many different variables to produce successful work. If you’re looking to improve your own work and feel more confident in your abilities, watch this fantastic video for 23 helpful tips from a seasoned professional.
Coming from Taylor Jackson, this great video features 23 helpful tips for becoming a better wedding photographer. A particularly important element is to have a robust backup strategy in place. We often see stories of even seasoned wedding photographers who lose SD cards or the like after not backing up their photos immediately, leaving couples with no memory of their special days. At the very least, you should back up your images as soon as you get home and follow the 3-2-1 rule: three copies of your data on at least two different types of media, with at least one offsite copy. Whatever you choose, make sure you have a solid solution. Watch the video above for Jackson’s full recap.
